Delete your 3 Breaths account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the app or from any web browser.
If you can sign in
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email us from the address on your account. Put “account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account is yours; you do not need to create a new account.

Deletion removes the live account, profile, community content, invitations, matches, reflections, messages, notification addresses, optional testimonials, consented session recordings, and other data tied to the account, subject only to a narrow legal or security reason we are required or permitted to honor.
Provider recordings and profile images are removed before the live account is closed. Restricted encrypted backup copies age out no later than 180 days after a verified deletion request and are not used in the ordinary service.
